\Nishigaki Poultry Farm’s Premium “Kuritama” Eggs/
The name comes from “Kurio,” the area in Tando-cho, Toyooka City, where both our restaurant and Nishigaki Poultry Farm are located. Their most distinctive features are their firm, springy texture and rich, full-bodied yolks. These safe and reliable eggs are produced without the use of any antibiotics, with a strong focus on the health of the chickens.
\Hanabusa Shoten’s “Marutan” Soy Sauce for Tamago-kake Gohan/
A soy sauce made specifically for tamago-kake gohan by Hanabusa Shoten in the local town of Takeno. Based on domestically produced whole-soybean soy sauce, it has a mellow flavor with a subtle hint of umami from hon-mirin and bonito flakes.Even if you pour a little too much, it won’t be overpowering; instead, it gently enhances the deliciousness of the egg and rice.
\Toyooka City’s Pride: “Rice Nurtured by the Stork”/
“Rice Nurtured by the Stork” is a Koshihikari variety from Tajima, Hyogo Prefecture, carefully cultivated in a safe and secure natural environment where storks also live. It’s characterized by its plump, soft texture, strong chewy stickiness, and a sweetness that unfolds with every bite.
“The ‘Kuritama’ rice with raw egg was absolutely amazing.” “I had several servings right from breakfast.” This signature breakfast has been a huge hit with our guests.
Please enjoy a luxurious morning to your heart’s content, accompanied by the clear ocean views of Oku-Kinosaki.![]()
