For the main course, we offer “Half a Tag-Certified Kasumi Crab” and “Kuroge Wagyu Sukiyaki.”
In addition, please enjoy each dish, which is generously
filled with the flavors of Tajima, including the “Assortment of Three Seasonal Fish,” “Deep-Fried Shrimp,” “Izushi Soba with Tajima Free-Range Chicken,”
“Tajima-grown Koshihikari Rice,” and “Pilato Soup.”
To finish off your meal, try our restaurant’s original “Sea Breeze Pudding.”

Breakfast

When I woke up the next morning, I was greeted by a vast expanse of ocean stretching out before me. It was a luxurious moment, gazing absently at the scenery while listening to the sound of the waves. You can enjoy a walk or a jog, or refresh your mind and body in the hotel’s hot springs.
Just as you start to feel pleasantly hungry, it’s time to head to the dining area.Breakfast is a traditional Japanese set meal featuring an abundance of local ingredients. The carefully prepared dishes are arranged on the table, adding a touch of elegance to your leisurely morning.
One dish you definitely won’t want to miss is rice topped with raw egg. The fresh egg and freshly cooked rice blend together perfectly, creating a dish that will have you reaching for your chopsticks before you know it.
A moment spent by the sea turns the morning of your trip into a special and luxurious experience.

Basic Information
- Dinner is served at either 5:30 p.m. or 6:00 p.m.
- Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 8:30.
- We offer a children’s kaiseki meal (separate menu) for elementary school students and a children’s lunch for preschoolers.
