Dinner
The undisputed favorite!
Indulge in the luxury of about two servings of tagged Kasumi crab
This is our most popular, spectacular brand crab full-course meal.
We generously use approximately two servings per person of the fresh, sweet “tagged Kasumi crab,” which is landed exclusively at Sumi Fishing Port.
From two-spike crab, crab steamed on a ceramic plate, whole crab platters, and crab hot pot to the rice porridge served at the end of the meal—packed with concentrated umami—and the famous “Sea Breeze Pudding,” you can fully savor every aspect of crab’s appeal.
Breakfast
: A traditional Japanese breakfast featuring local ingredients, served by the sea.
When I woke up the next morning, I was greeted by a vast expanse of ocean stretching out before me. It was a luxurious moment, gazing absently at the scenery while listening to the sound of the waves. You can enjoy a walk or a jog, or refresh your mind and body in the hotel’s hot springs.
Just as you start to feel pleasantly hungry, it’s time to head to the dining area.Breakfast is a traditional Japanese set meal featuring an abundance of local ingredients. The carefully prepared dishes are arranged on the table, adding a touch of elegance to your leisurely morning.
One dish you definitely won’t want to miss is rice topped with raw egg. The fresh egg and freshly cooked rice blend together perfectly, creating a dish that will have you reaching for your chopsticks before you know it.
A moment spent by the sea turns the morning of your trip into a special and luxurious experience.
