The ocean, selected as one of Japan\u2019s Top 100 Beaches, is right outside the window at .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The beach season at Takeno Beach opens around July 1 every year. The water is still a bit cold, there aren\u2019t many people yet, and the water is at its clearest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019ve put together this plan just in time for the start of summer. It\u2019s a zero-second walk to the ocean. Wake up to the sound of the waves in the morning, dip your feet in the water at sunset, and return to your quiet room at night.
