What are the check-in and check-out times?<\/summary>\n

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If specific times are listed for a particular plan, those times take precedence. Please contact us if you expect to arrive after 6:00 PM.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can I extend my check-out time?<\/summary>\n

There is an additional charge of 3,300 yen per hour. Please contact us for more details.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Is it possible to check in earlier?<\/summary>\n

After 2:30 p.m., we may be able to accommodate you as soon as we are ready, but we cannot guarantee an earlier check-in time.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Do you accept credit cards?<\/summary>\n

Yes, you can use them. We accept JCB, VISA, AMEX, UC, DC, NICOS, Diners Club, UFJ, and Saison, among others.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

When do cancellation fees apply?<\/summary>\n

10% for cancellations made 14 to 4 days in advance, 30% for cancellations made 3 to 2 days in advance, 50% for cancellations made 1 day in advance, 100% on the day of the reservation, and 100% for no-shows. If a plan specifies different rates, those rates take precedence.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can I bring my own food and drinks?<\/summary>\n

In accordance with guidelines from the public health department, we do not permit visitors to bring in any food, beverages, or coolers.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can I have my luggage sent to the hotel in advance?<\/summary>\n

Yes, we accept packages at the front desk. Please let the hotel know in advance if you plan to have a package delivered.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Do you have accessibility features?<\/summary>\n

Our hotel is not fully accessible. We will do our best to assist you, so please do not hesitate to let us know if you need any help.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can I stay here with my pet?<\/summary>\n

We ask that you refrain from bringing pets into the facility. If you have a pet with you, please keep it in your car.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

About the Guest Rooms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Do you have guest rooms with open-air baths?<\/summary>\n

We have a total of two guest rooms with open-air baths. These popular rooms are located on the ocean side, where you can enjoy your private open-air bath while gazing out at Takeno Beach on the Sea of Japan. Please note that the baths in these guest rooms are not fed by hot spring water.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Is smoking allowed in the room?<\/summary>\n

All guest rooms are non-smoking. Please refrain from smoking in the guest rooms, including e-cigarettes. Designated smoking areas are located to the left of the women\u2019s public bath on the first floor and on the entrance terrace.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Do the guest rooms have a bath and toilet?<\/summary>\n

All rooms are equipped with a bathroom and a Western-style toilet. All toilets are equipped with a bidet function.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

What amenities are available in the guest rooms?<\/summary>\n

We provide yukata, bath towels, face towels, drawstring pouches, toothbrushes, disposable toothbrushes, shower caps, and disposable razors. Yukata are available for guests in elementary school and older. Yukata for toddlers are available for 550 yen each. A special amenity set is provided for children ages 3 and older.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How can I store my valuables?<\/summary>\n

There is a complimentary safe in each guest room. We also offer a safe-deposit service at the front desk.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

What TV channels are available in the guest rooms?<\/summary>\n

You can watch NHK, NHK E-Tele, Sun TV, Mainichi Broadcasting System, ABC Broadcasting, Kansai TV, and Yomiuri TV.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

These are local dishes that pride themselves on their flavor and are made with an abundance of fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced locally. The meal menu varies depending on your accommodation plan.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Please let me know the times for dinner and breakfast.<\/summary>\n

We would like to ask for your preference regarding dinner, which is served from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., and breakfast, which is served from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

What is the latest time dinner is served?<\/summary>\n

The latest time to start dinner is 6:30 p.m. Dinner ends at 8:30 p.m. If you will arrive after 6:00 p.m., please be sure to contact us.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Where can we eat?<\/summary>\n

This varies depending on the room type you reserve. If you\u2019ve selected \u201cDining Room,\u201d meals will be served in the dining room; if you\u2019ve selected \u201cIn-Room Dining,\u201d meals will be served in your room. However, for large groups, meals may be served in a small banquet hall.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

When should I order additional dishes?<\/summary>\n

It would be helpful if you could contact us in advance. We\u2019ll provide you with a \u201cmenu of available additional dishes\u201d when you check in on the day of your visit, so you can place your order after reviewing it.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

If I have allergies, can I change my meal plan?<\/summary>\n

We will do our best to accommodate your needs, so please feel free to contact us. If we are unable to accommodate your request due to the nature of your allergy, we will discuss this with you.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can I switch to a vegetarian meal?<\/summary>\n

Yes, that is possible. We offer a kaiseki meal that contains absolutely no animal products\u2014the \u201cVegetarian Course.\u201d It features a sustainable menu that focuses on local ingredients, such as seasonal vegetables from Tajima and \u201cStork Rice.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

What time does the convenience store close?<\/summary>\n

The shop is open from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. We offer a wide selection of carefully selected items from Tajima and Northern Kinki.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

What time does the caf\u00e9 close?<\/summary>\n

The caf\u00e9 \u201cGRILL ALGUE\u201d is open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (last order at 7:30 p.m.). You can enjoy a wide variety of menu items, including Kinosaki Coffee\u2019s \u201cSea Breeze Blend\u201d and \u201cFarm-Style Soft-Serve.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Is there internet access?<\/summary>\n

Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire property. You will find the password in the information packet provided at check-in.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Do you have an ice maker?<\/summary>\n

Our hotel does not have ice machines for guest use. Please let the front desk know, and a staff member will bring ice to your room (for a fee).<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Do you offer computer rentals?<\/summary>\n

There are no computers available in the building. Please bring your own.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

About Hot Springs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Is the hot spring a natural hot spring?<\/summary>\n

Yes, it is a natural hot spring. The spring water is classified as a calcium-sodium chloride-sulfate spring, and its therapeutic benefits include relief from neuralgia, joint pain, frozen shoulder, and sensitivity to cold, as well as general health promotion and recovery from fatigue, among others. Please note that the bathtubs in guest rooms with open-air baths do not contain hot spring water.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

What time does the large public bath close?<\/summary>\n

The large public bath is open until 11:30 p.m. and opens at 5:00 a.m. There is no gender rotation. The massage chairs in front of the large public bath are available for free use.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Access and Parking Information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Is there a shuttle service from the station to the hotel?<\/summary>\n

We offer a free shuttle service between JR Takeno Station and the hotel. The shuttle runs until 8:00 p.m.; please let us know your arrival time in advance. We do not provide shuttle service from Kinosaki Onsen Station.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can I use the parking lot even if I arrive early?<\/summary>\n

Yes, you can park even if you arrive early. During the summer months (July\u2013August), the parking lot opens at 10:00 a.m.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Where is the parking lot?<\/summary>\n

Our hotel’s parking lot is located in front of the building’s entrance. If it is full, there is also parking across the street. Parking is free.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How far is it to Kinosaki Marine World?<\/summary>\n

It takes about 20 minutes by car to get from our hotel to Kinosaki Marine World along the coast.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How far is it to the Kinosaki Onsen district?<\/summary>\n

It takes about 20 minutes by car from our hotel to the Kinosaki Onsen district.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

What should I do if I leave something behind at the hotel?<\/summary>\n

Please call the hotel, and a staff member will check for your item. To retrieve your lost item, please visit the hotel in person at your convenience\u2014either on the same day or the next day or later\u2014and we will return it to you in person. If you are unable to visit the hotel, we will ship it to your desired address via courier on a collect-on-delivery basis. As a general rule, we hold lost items for three months.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
